As with most self improvement tools, I always try to share what is free and what has worked for me. Meditation has been one of my greatest tools by far, it is so easy and free too. For me, I like to keep it simple, meditation is simply consciously choosing to relax. It can be a quiet walk in Nature, or on the couch in a quiet room at home and many things in between. The more you do it the easier it becomes. You do not need to burn incense,chant in a strange language or sit in an uncomfortable position, although you certainly can if you want to. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to just get started somehow. I found a great place to download a free,truly free, meditation cd online. This was one of my first great finds and I am happy to share it with you. I get nothing for referring you,really and this free download also comes with a free email course if you want it.
